Our 14-Day Money Back Guarantee

A great deal of care and innovation goes into developing Luxigma products, and we’re confident you’ll love your purchase.
However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day Money Back Guarantee — no questions asked.

If you wish to make a return, please contact us via email support@luxigma.com, including your order number and reason for the return in your message.

Once we receive your request, please allow 2–3 working days for review.
If your claim is approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with our return shipping address.

Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from your total refund to cover processing and handling.

Terms & Conditions

  • Your claim must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to items purchased during sale periods or where a discount or promotional code has been used.

  • This guarantee is valid only for your first order placed directly through luxigma.com.
    If you have previously purchased from us, you are not eligible to lodge a Money Back claim.

  • Returned products must be in original condition with all accessories, packaging, and manuals included.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval and receipt of the returned item.
